You will be sharing the right turning lane with motorised traffic. I understand that drivers have to give the right of way to cyclists. the reality is that there is so much cycling, that drivers don’t really have a choice anyway. The low racks show that Copenhagen is not much of a snowy city: snow plows would drive ride over it in Ottawa.
