Reading Time: 12 minutes Ottawa bloggers Matt and Hans decided to go for a walk along a Merivale Rd and shared their ideas and concerns. The street won’t win the beauty contest, but the street is changing. Will it be able to handle all the traffic demand though?

Hans on the Bike is not a very competitive cyclist; most of the time he is cycling around town doing errands or guiding tourists while waving to friends.

As a bicycle tour guide, he hears tons of great feed back from people from all over the world. Even from the Dutch! This is encouraging.

Ms. Hans on the Bike cycles too and is often the voluntold for Hans’ pictures. She famously declared she was not going to bike below +10C but lowered the treshold to -10C over time.
