Witte de With – Elgin Street 01
The Rotterdam Nieuwsblad complains about Witte de Witt street on August 2, 1933 that the sidewalks have been narrowed, the trees have been removed all for “Gobble Up Traffic” it further goes to say that “Traffic is not only a glutton, but also a shameless bandit”.
